Stephen Ehrlich (Steve) brings over 30 years of experience to our clients, including the construction management of various buildings, petrochemical facilities, aviation terminals, heavy highway, site development, marine, transit facilities, and environmental investigation and remediation projects. Steve’s experience working for a large, national contractor gives him the leadership skills, technical expertise, and business acumen necessary to deliver construction program management services on large, complex infrastructure and building projects involving multiple stakeholders and contractors.

Steve manages projects with a collaborative, proactive approach and has successfully delivered transportation and building projects for clients throughout the country, including: the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Los Angeles World Airports/Los Angeles International Airport, City of Philadelphia Division of Aviation, PennDOT, TxDOT, SJTA, FTA, DART, Pennsylvania Department of General Services, Denton County Transportation Authority, Maryland Transit Administration, SEPTA, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and Philadelphia Energy Solutions. Projects have ranged in size from millions to several billion dollars.

Steve is very active in the construction management profession. He is a Certified Construction Manager through the Construction Manager Certification Institute and a Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Connecticut, and Texas. Steve served on the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the Construction Management Association of America board and is a member of the Design-Build Institute of America and the American Council of Engineering Companies. He earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
