Vice President, Construction Management

Brian TerBush has over 35 years of experience in construction and quality management in the Aviation, Rail and Transit sectors. Brian led the construction management team responsible for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey’s Delta Airfield Reconfiguration Project at LaGuardia Airport. Brian’s experience also includes delivering critical projects for Amtrak at Penn Station and the Metropolitan Transportation Authority in New York City and for LA Metro’s Regional Connector and Purple Line as the QA/QC Manager and Tunneling Construction Manager.

Brian graduated from Manhattan College with a bachelor’s in electrical engineering, earned an MBA in management from Adelphi University, and received his Professional Engineer’s License in New York. Brian is involved in many organizations, including the Construction Management Association of America, National Society of Professional Engineers, American Society for Quality, and the Metropolitan Railway Club, to name a few.

Brian is known to mentor younger employees. His experience as a mentor comes from raising, with his wife Dawn, two sons who are both now software engineers with degrees from MIT and Johns Hopkins.
