Adam P. Spittler, CPA

Adam Spittler brings over 20 years of experience to his role as UrbanNY’s Chief Financial Officer. In this capacity, Adam oversees all financial aspects of the firm, including financial planning, reporting, and compliance; cash flow management; and risk management. In addition, Adam manages the firm’s administrative departments.

Adam previously served as the CFO and Chief Strategy Officer of a publicly traded company with an annual revenue of approximately $750 million nationwide. As the firm’s Chief Strategy Officer, Adam led the strategic focus and execution of the merger and acquisition strategy, successfully acquiring and integrating eleven acquisitions over a four-year period. Adam also successfully spun off an operating division from a formerly public parent company, creating the platform from which the $750 million public company was built upon.

Adam is a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania and spent three years at KPMG early in his career. He has a Master of Science in Finance from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Kutztown University.
