Program Management
Program management is a specialized service that requires leaders with expertise developed through the delivery of large, complex programs. Our program management leaders come from varied backgrounds but with a common trait – each are recognized experts in critical program management disciplines, including: risk assessments; funding; resource allocation; cost estimating and cost control; project scheduling; and risk management. For more than a decade, the Federal Transit Administration’s (FTA’s) relied on UrbanNY to provide Program Management Oversight services on New York City’s mega-projects, East Side Access and Second Avenue Subway.

Construction Services
Construction Services brings the full complement of disciplines needed for your successful project. Construction management uses specialized project management techniques and innovative software to oversee the planning, design, construction, and closeout of a project throughout its full project cycle. Our IAS-certified special inspection firm conducts thorough reviews of a building’s physical components, utilizing standard and specialty certified construction inspectors who are trained in NICET, ICC, ACC, and AWS standards. These inspections monitor that the building adheres to local and national building codes, zoning regulations, and contract specifications.
